Hello friends
Hope you are all well!!
what a really fabulous weekend!!
I've only just caught up with things!
Lots of photos ahead so grab a cuppa
Sunday was the start of Stitches trade show....and wow what a show!
I went along with my local craft store Crafty Bunch here in Telford
where I demo and run Art journalling classes
I was soooo excited and a teeny bit nervous as I got to do some demo-ing on the Personal Impressions stand along side the very lovely Dyan Reaveley and my Ranger buddy Kate crane
We had such a blast!!
Can you believe I forgot to take photos!!
I got to get my hands on the new Tim Holtz Distress paints......
if you've not tried them let me tell you.....your going to NEED them!
just look at those colours!!
The background was done using the distress paints, I coloured the leaves with distress stains
and I spritzed over the top with White linen Dylusions, the products all really compliment each other
having a squeeze with Dyan
another squeeze with my buddy kate
had a quick hug from the lovely Jennie
then got down to some serious painty time!
Did I say how much I LOVE these paints??
(I will pop a link at the end of the post just in case you need to go shopping!)
ooo I think we are in the zone!
such a fabulous time!
thanks to everyone who came to say hello
MWAH!
check out more photos here on Rangers blog
So after such an exciting weekend and
catching up on some sleep
I decided to spring clean the shed.......as it was the pits!!
I have got rid of 6 XL bin bags of rubbish, de cluttered (well sort of) shook hands with three massive spiders.........
followed by quick late night trip to Ikea to purchase more storage and of course the random kitchen utensil (happens every-time!)
Hopefully I should be up and running again before the weekend
that's if I can remember where I've put things!
As always feel free to leave a comment
have a great week
kazx
